About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to drive our digital transformation, optimize aviation technology, and enhance operational efficiency. This role requires a strategic leader who can align IT initiatives with business objectives while leveraging AI, automation, and data intelligence to revolutionize trip support and aviation services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT leadership, digital transformation, and aviation technology, with proven expertise in AI, automation, and data-driven innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Transformation & Innovation:

• Define and lead the company’s digital transformation strategy, ensuring integration across IT and business technology functions.
• Leverage AI, automation, and data analytics to optimize flight planning, fuel procurement, customer experience, and internal operations.
• Implement cloud-based solutions, IoT, and blockchain to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, identifying new technologies that can drive competitive advantage.
• Drive the adoption of digital tools to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and improve service delivery.

Technology Strategy, Planning & Development:

• Develop and execute an integrated IT and business technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee the modernization and integration of aviation technology platforms.
• Ensure IT systems support real-time data analytics, business intelligence, and predictive modeling for enhanced decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for AI-driven automation to improve trip support operations and customer engagement.
• Ensure cybersecurity and compliance with aviation industry regulations and global data protection standards.

IT and Business Technology Operations:

• Lead the modernization of IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration of aviation technology platforms.
• Oversee cloud infrastructure, system security, and IT governance to ensure stability, scalability, and security.
• Drive automation of core processes, such as real-time tracking, trip coordination, and vendor management.
• Manage budgets, vendor partnerships, and technology investments to maximize ROI.

AI, Digital Transformation & Automation:

• Leverage AI and machine learning to enhance fuel pricing intelligence, route optimization, and client service automation.
• Develop smart aviation dashboards for real-time insights on flight planning, fuel management, and operational KPIs.
• Implement automated workflow solutions to reduce manual intervention and improve efficiency across departments

Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
• Collaborate with various departments to align technology with business priorities.
• Establish partnerships with aviation technology providers, industry regulators, and strategic tech vendors.

Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 10 years of experience in IT leadership, preferably in aviation and trip support.
• Proven track record of driving enterprise-wide digital transformation and innovation.
• Hands-on experience with AI applications, predictive analytics, and automation in aviation.
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing, API integrations, cybersecurity, and aviation technology platforms.
• Track record of leading high-performing IT teams, implementing large-scale technology projects, and managing cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with trip support processes, flight operations technology, and aviation compliance standards.
