The Performance Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing comprehensive strategies to increase the website visibility, organic traffic, and overall online conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

• Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-volume, relevant keywords that align with our business goals.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve website ranking in organic search results.
• Optimize website content (on-page optimization) for target keywords and search engine best practices.
• Build high-quality backlinks through strategic link building campaigns to improve website authority.
• Monitor and analyze website traffic using analytics tools like Google Search Console to track SEO performance.
• Stay updated on the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates to adapt strategies accordingly.

SEM (Search Engine Marketing)

• Manage paid search advertising campaigns (PPC) across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Conduct competitor research to analyze their PPC strategies and identify opportunities.
• Develop and manage effective keyword campaigns with optimized bids and ad copy.
• Track and analyze PPC campaign performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions) to maximize ROI.
•Continuously test and refine PPC campaigns for optimal performance and budget allocation.

Growth & Performance Marketing

• Identify and implement innovative growth hacking strategies to acquire new users and leads.
• Analyze website data and user behaviour to identify areas for improvement and conversion optimization.
• A/B test different website elements like landing pages, calls to action, and product features to optimize conversions.
• Stay informed about the latest growth marketing trends and tools to continuously enhance our strategy.
• Collaborate with other marketing teams (content, social media) to create a cohesive growth strategy.

Required Skills

• Atleast 3 years of experience as a Performance Marketing Specialist.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and on-page optimization strategies.
• Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) with a focus on ROI optimization.
• Experience with website analytics tools (Google Search Console, Google Analytics) and data analysis platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
• A creative and analytical mind with a passion for learning and staying ahead of the digital marketing curve.

Bonus Points

• Experience with technical SEO audits and website crawlers.
• Strong understanding of conversion optimization (CRO) principles and A/B testing methodologies.
• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
