Key Responsibilities :

• Developing new sales leads and networks, as well as establishing a price structure to meet targets and increase revenue for the Charter Department.
• Fostering and developing relationships with customers and industry personnel to promote the UAS brand image and generate new charter business.
• Assessing client requirements and proposing tailored solutions.
• Preparing and delivering a comprehensive scope of UAS services to clients, with the potential to cross-sell other UAS service offerings.
• Managing all aspects of charter flights, from the initial sale to scheduling and post-flight formalities.
• Generating new business deals that ensure a profitable return on each charter request.
• Generating and managing accounts for the Air Charter Department.
• Providing 24/7 client and operator support to ensure business continuity and smooth charter operations.
• Developing and building working relationships with new and existing customers to understand their charter requirements
• Monitoring industry trends that may affect business strategies.
• Staying up to date on competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
• Promoting UAS’ aircraft through online portals, printed adverts, and direct contact with new clients.
• Attending to charter requests in a timely manner, using all available resources to find the best and most cost-effective solution for client requirements.
• Liaising with UAS Operations to ensure preflight documentation is prepared on time, and that all permits, slots, and services are requested and obtained accordingly.
• Following up with UAS Ops teams and the Executive Travel Department to ensure the smooth execution of the charter flight.

Experience and Skills:

• Atleast 2 to 3 years of charter sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
• In-depth knowledge of the aviation industry, with hands-on experience managing end-to-end charter flight processes.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain high-value client relationships, driving repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Exceptional negotiation skills, with the ability to secure profitable deals while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills, adept at engaging with clients, industry professionals, and internal teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to assess client needs and propose effective solutions quickly.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, managing multiple charter requests simultaneously while ensuring top-tier service delivery.
• Comprehensive understanding of market trends and competitor activity, with the capacity to leverage this knowledge to identify new business opportunities.
• Commitment to providing 24/7 support to clients and operators, ensuring seamless charter operations at all times.
